Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Experience in handling VAT and Tax related issues
- Good Knowledge of Tally accounting software and well concept regarding principle of accounting
- Sound knowledge on Computer Application (MS office, Accounting software, SAP-ERP)
- Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare salary
- Handle tax and VAT related issues (If required)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements which will consist cash flow, income statement and balance sheet.
- To maintain staff provident fund.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Online data input of VAT challan Input accounts data in software.
- Overseeing annual physical inventory.
- Check bill vouchers. All sorts of daily accounting activities like bills & vouchers preparation and record in accounting software with proper documentation.
- Any other accounts related works assigned by office management.
