Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

  • We are inviting application for our AFFIX Consumer Products Ltd. (A sister concern of DOM-INNO Group) from only eligible who has 8-10 years experienced in FMCG product (Oil, Aromatic Rice, Spices, Soft Drinks Powder, Fruit Drink, Snacks, Chutney, Mango Bar, Noodles, Macaroni, Lascha Semai, Beverage etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target as set by the management/ supervisor.
  • Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for development of existing sales volume.
  • Take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
  • Having clear concept about geographical location of all areas including all outlets and routs of responsible areas and ensuring coverage by identifying new areas and outlets and adding them to routs.
  • Ensuring 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution and display merchandising of all products.
  • Achievement of 100% secondary sales in every month including daily product based target.
  • Market visit as per tour plan and market visit of all subordinate field force and assist them in achieving daily 4% and monthly 100% secondary sales.
  • Keeping market based outlet list and having clear concept/ information about market due of distributors.
  • Reporting to senior official on distributor’s market due, various programs and market volume of competitor companies and explaining about own activities after completion of weekly program.
  • Perform any special assignment from Management time to time.
