Additional Requirements

Establish initial contact with clients.
Support Sales & Marketing in the process of getting business from clients.
Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers.
Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
Coordinate with logistics and unit CSD to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to communicate requisition for Customer Ledger / Accounts.
