Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management team to set sales goals and forecast future sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance to achieve their targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and peruse new business opportunities by establishing relationship with potential customers and principles.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics to access the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Provide regular report and analysis to the management team, identifies areas to improvement.
  • Coordinates with principles to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and transactions for reporting and auditing purpose.
