Additional Requirements

Must have Computer proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
Fluency in Bangla and English, both oral and written.
Strong commitment to organizational values, integrity, respect, commitment and solidarity.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in any subject from a reputed university. preferably in social science and other related discipline is required.

Assist the Shelter Home Manager in implementing the project by coordinating activities closely with the Project Manager.
Assist in providing emergency support, counseling services, referral services, and other related services to affected migrants like accommodation, food, medical, and transport support.
Ensure logistical arrangements and administrative tasks within areas of responsibility.
Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) support to selected victims and refer them to appropriate psychosocial and other health services available through various institutions and organizations.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring project progress, data, information, and records to support report preparation and beneficiary monitoring.
Ensure post-referral monitoring and follow-up of beneficiaries to ensure access to services.
Maintain accurate records of residents, including their health, progress, and any incidents.
Responsible for case story write up and other documentation.
Perform other duties assigned by the RMMRU authority.
Any other task assigned by authorities from time to time.
