Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd is looking for potential talents for the position of Officer in General HR functions under Human Capital Management Department.

  • Recruitment: Provide manpower within agreed timeframe to respective department after getting completely filled and approved manpower requisition.
  • Reporting: Track, monitor and report recruitment process and provide feedback to the Recruitment In-charge.
  • Employee Logistics: Provide employee logistics including employee ID Card, BEPZA ID card, employee lockers, various employment letters (e.g. appointment, confirmation, etc.) to the employees when required.
  • Maintain Inventory: Relevant inventories to be maintained both physically and on software, perform activities to maintain the safety stock accordingly.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain employees’ personal files with all necessary documents within standard timeframe.
  • Induction training: Facilitate and provide employee orientation training sessions as per given standard.
