Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:·
- Responsible to operate respective business units & all projects of MBM professionally and profitably·
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Janitor’s deployment target·
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as manpower planning for multiple projects and productivity, cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and janitor’s expenses·
- Planning, budgeting, reviewing & controlling yearly business operation plan·
- Prepare profitable estimates and bids for new project plans·
- Communicate the technical and competitive advantage of MBM with various project heads during business deal·
- Controlling & ensuing effective purchase of chemicals and equipment for projects·
- Advising and monitoring cost efficiency of the projects and materials used in the project sites·
- Ensure monthly training & development program of Janitor’s and team members·
- Maintain a sound stock for all chemicals and equipment for smooth business operation·
- Setting, monitoring & assessing KPI of team members align with business goal·
- Develop and maintain discipline of office team and project team members·
- Ensure proper clothing of Janitors·
- Analyse competitor’s activities in the market & review business operation according to market trend·
- Establishing & maintaining a strong rapport with all clients or projects·
- Responsible to take necessary step to reduce turnover and absenteeism Ensure reporting regularly weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually on the operational performance of the janitors, team leaders, project coordinators, client’s feedback, observations and recommendations to the Managing Director·
- Conducts weekly /monthly facility tours and inspections to identify impending issues and ensure all chemical and equipment’s are provided and functioning properly.
- Ensure coordination & motivation among operations, marketing, HR and other functions in the project sites·
- Monitoring and reporting any incident, probability and occurrences of abuse and bully to the Managing Director and other officials as may be necessary.
- Design & develop various kind of activities round the year to motivate janitorial staff members in projects·
- Design & develop appropriate performance system for team members and janitors to reward properly·
- Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges·
- Update continuously on technology·
- Any other tasks need to be done as & when required.
