Responsibilities & Context
To prepare media and autoclave with other instruments for Microbiological test.
To check hygiene & sanitation of microbiological lab as per GMP.
To check & record Temperature, humidity of Microbiological lab.
Discard the Petridish by autoclaving after result counting.
Perform Microbiological Test of raw & finished goods as per Requirement.
And maintain record as per standard report record sheet.
To collect swab samples from process room and packaging for microbiological test.
To Collect air sample from process room for microbiological test.
To collect swab sample from process room & filling roomMicrobial analysis of market complaint product and identify causative microorganism.
To identify route Cause of contamination.Record the results and submit the report to Head of QC.
Should carry out any assignment given by the senior management as and when required.
