Responsibilities & Context
Ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company
Maintain employees’ daily attendance, movement monitoring system and discipline of the whole office premises
Coordinate recruitment and comply with recruitment policy of the company
Establish overall activities of the HR & Admin Department in line with company’s policy guideline.
Maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
Preparing the project agreements with clients
Preparing agendas, taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
Handling confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Typing, compiling and preparing office circular, office memo, reports, presentations and correspondence With a primary responsibility of supporting the MD, Chairman & CEO;
provide support to the executive team as directed by the CEO to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Preparing project documents to support Marketing team Draft letters and answer correspondence for MD & CEO as directed
Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO
