Responsibilities & Context
- Maintaining solid relationships with key clients to grow & generate revenue for the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between assigned clients and internal teams.
- Addressing and resolving client’s complaints.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers & current accounts.
- Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales plan for key accounts that meets sales and margin targets.
- Coordinate with HR, ED and provide resources and other information as per demand.
- Quotation /SOW/PO/Invoice responsibility for maintain database by100% using ERP, CRM daily basis.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitor’s performance and market status.
- Maintaining, checking & creating NDA, Business Agreements to make a collaboration with clients.
- Presentation skills and Some It based tools/technical knowledge is recommended.
