Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintaining solid relationships with key clients to grow & generate revenue for the company.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between assigned clients and internal teams.
  • Addressing and resolving client’s complaints.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers & current accounts.
  • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for key accounts that meets sales and margin targets.
  • Coordinate with HR, ED and provide resources and other information as per demand.
  • Quotation /SOW/PO/Invoice responsibility for maintain database by100% using ERP, CRM daily basis.
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitor’s performance and market status.
  • Maintaining, checking & creating NDA, Business Agreements to make a collaboration with clients.
  • Presentation skills and Some It based tools/technical knowledge is recommended.
