Education

Responsibilities & Context
Engineer/ Junior Engineer will be recruited for POS Support Team, Technology Operations Dept.
Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated area(s) of the organization.
Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients’ requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
Manage the software updates from principal as per requirement of the customers and principal and maintain POS running smoothly through testing before implementation.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Concept development, testing, product development and reengineering of existing products and services considering competitive scenario.
Departmental administration & operations management.
Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
