Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities & Context

Company Overview: Innovative Holdings Limited aims to set new benchmarks in the Education and Real Estate sectors in Bangladesh. We are seeking applications from dynamic, experienced professionals to join us as Personal Secretary to the Chairman.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Secretarial Support: Provide extensive administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Drafting Communication: Prepare emails, memos, and documents proficiently in both English and Bangla.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle internal and external communications effectively.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, both internal and external.
  • Minute Taking: Document accurate meeting minutes and ensure distribution as necessary.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Information Flow: Manage and facilitate the flow of information within the office.
  • Event Organization: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events as required.
  • Agenda Preparation: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
