Additional Requirements

  • Experience in IT Help Desk Support. Windows/Laptop Hardware/O365/ Administration is preferred.
  • Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Managing the operation of the End User Services.
  • Manage & Guide End User team members for smooth support operation.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the team. coordination, identification, and regulation of IT incidents impacting end users.
  • Manage & ensuring End User requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents and requests.
  • Ensure End User support.
  • Handle critical End User complaints.
  • Defining and implementing the IT support standards to be applied across the whole of the organization.
  • Managing IT services to meet and strive to exceed SLA and KPI.
  • Crucial to ensuring End User requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents and requests.
  • Provide IT systems support to internal employees via phone, email, Remote and / or other means.
  • Ensuring overall IT infrastructure and application is up and running to meet company business needs.
  • Ensuring Digital Privacy & Trust/Cybersecurity- Strength of Protection: Effectiveness measure on critical assets.
  • Managing domain user ID, email & Group.
  • Defining and implementing the IT support standards to be applied across the whole of the organization.
  • Ensuring Cisco and Polycom Video configuration supports on time.
  • Managing IT services to meet and strive to exceed SLA and KPI.
  • Performing periodic performance reporting and capacity planning of different IT Systems.
  • Preparing Daily, weekly reports for GTT Management.
  • Engaging Different Projects.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • To ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of all aspects of the organization’s end user IT systems.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Follow and ensure implementation of organizational policy, procedure, and guidelines to administer related systems/services.
  • Managing Video Conference support.
  • Resolve user issues within agreed timeframe.
  • High level management of windows administration and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting support for Email, O365, End Point Protection, eApproval execution & reporting, and other office automation applications.·
  • New joiners Laptop preparation, Configuration, Delivery, & Onboarding.
