Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment & T&D roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities & Context
Context: MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for an efficient HR Executive who wants to grow his career path with a set of HR skills & wants to be part of our brand organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation and placement of new employees.
- Draft various HR forms, office orders, circulars, and letters (e.g., termination, warning, transfer letters).
- Assist in designing and developing training materials.
- Coordinate in-house training programs and workshops.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for training programs, sales meetings, ManCom meeting and other employee engagement events.
- Assist in developing day-to-day HR policies and interdepartmental SOPs.
- Ensure policies are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
- Assist the performance appraisal process based on KPI systems.
- Assist in coordinating annual appraisal programs and feedback sessions.
- Manage logistics for sales meetings, ManCom meeting, and other events.
- Any other day-to-day work assigned by the HOD.
