- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Lite Engineering & Heavy) Industry, Home Appliance, FMCG, Group of Companies.
- Experience in ‘Machine Maintenance’ will be added advantage.
- Should have at least 03 years’ experience in any manufacturing industries.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Capable to work under Pressure.
- ‘SMART’ reporting and communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, honest, dedicated, loyal & possessing good memory.
- Computer literacy is must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the section/department and ensure the production target.
- Supervise the production and make sure that production lines are running smoothly.
- Plan and coordinate production-engineering processes daily to produce high-quality products.
- Develop process improvements to utilize equipment and materials effectively to maximize production.
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
- Identify unsafe operations & practices and report to the management.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology, and production processes.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
- Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
- Ensure maximum utilization of workers & materials.
- Ensure proper documentation as per the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
