Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objective and philosophy and ensure their implementation.
  • Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
  • Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
  • Strong capability to hiring worker instantly.
  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
  • Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified. Conduct interviews and selection process.
  • Providing advice and council employee for motivation. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.• Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
  • Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
  • Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Drafting HR letters and other documents.
  • Assist in recruitment-related activities.
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.
  • Prepare employee transfer, increment, promotion, and release letters.
  • Coordinate with other departments on HR-related activities.
  • Generate monthly and periodic reports on HR status.
  • Must have knowledge about KPI & Balance score card.
  • Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 , Act 2015 & amendment update
  • Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
  • Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments.
  • To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company’s human resources.
  • To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
