This position is for Button Accessories (Alam Buttons Ltd.). So who is having experience of Commercial Officer on Button Accessories will be called for interview.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure Bank LC/TT related activities by preparing proper documents.
- Export LC, documentation, UD collection, UP process for Bond.
- Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
- Performing Import-related general correspondence with Factory Concerns, Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Bank Officers.
- Need to involve on Tax & VAT related activities, preserve the related documents and submit to concern regulatory department as per requirement.
- Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
- Submit export documents to banks for negotiation with buyers’ banks and follow up on payment realizations.
- Bank formalities- draft confirmation, amendment, and Doc retirement.
- Import Document Checking and LC Document Endorsement.
- Costing of Raw materials & others materials and submit to Finance & Accounts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned by management.
