Requirements
Education
- Inspira welcomes fresh graduates from all disciplines with the relevant capabilities to apply for the position. Candidates with proven experience in writing research reports, articles or write-ups that have been published will be preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in writing analytical narratives with ability to optimize content for SEO.
- Familiar with WordPress dashboard navigation for content publishing and in designing software such as Canva will be appreciated.
- Well-rounded exposure to MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) suit usage

- Two days’ Work-from-home (WFH) opportunities are available, and you may be required to go into the field.
- Internet and Mobile bills for the WFH period will be provided by the office.

Work Hours: 9am – 6pm, 5 days a week

About the Role: The Intern will be expected to work closely with Inspira’s Digital Marketing team and project teams in assisting with project activities, producing written contents such as articles, short write-ups, and white papers to capture Inspira’s activities in specific domains and sectors. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn from working with industry veterans and professionals of diverse domains.
Specific job description includes:
- Producing well-written structured write-ups for reports, articles and other pieces of content in line with briefings from supervisor and other team members
- Conducting secondary research to produce articles, develop proposals and contribute to research outputs.
- Providing day-to-day clerical support to the marketing and research teams
- Taking meeting notes and preparing meeting minutes
- Transcription of interviews conducted with different stakeholders.
- Prepare or assist in preparing project proposals.
- Generate or assist in generating other digital content newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate with associates in conducting remote, phone-based interviews.
- Support the research team in the execution of field visits when required.
- Other duties may occur from time to time and may be assigned.
