Responsibilities & Context

  • Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager of Business Development will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, fostering partnerships and expanding market presence. S/He will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and implementing strategies to enhance revenue streams and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare Business Plan, Budget, Branding Plan and Marketing Strategy.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals and objectives.
  • Signing Corporate Agreements and Flow up and overseeing the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Setting and following standards for operational excellence. Implement changes and proposed plans.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, outside organizations, referring physicians, media insurers, corporate clients and community organizations.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance the hospital’s service offerings and market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and increase patient referrals.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements and digital content.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, health fairs and community outreach programs.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and reports to track the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, outcomes and market trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the hospital’s business development efforts.
  • Help to hire and retain qualified staff.
