Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for Model Launching of new products like : Cookware, Electric Cookers, Rice Cooker etc.
- Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work.
- To Innovate, develop and implement new technology.
- Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
- RM and Testing parameter preparation related work.
- Analysis of Business and Product Value, Project Feasibility Analysis.
- Prepare training sessions about R&I, QC, process, Marketing & Production topics.
