Additional Requirements
- CCNA / MTCNA will get preference
- Professional Certification: Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certification) is a plus
- Call Center Management
- IT service desk Management(on-site & Remote)
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), data backup/recovery, etc;
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work under stress and team management.
Responsibilities & Context
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols;
- Install and configure software and hardware;
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the vendor;
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation;
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements;
- Set up and monitor the on-site/cloud-based server and storage functions;
- Troubleshoot issues and outages;
- Ensure security through access controls, IP based CCTV system, backups, and firewalls;
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential;
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice;
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
