Two to Five years of relevant working experience is preferred
Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in product propositions, stakeholder management, marketing & communication
Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

Develop and execute ideas and strategy to enhance business, brand and marketing related to Women Banking (TARA) & Student Banking (Agami)
Preparing business dashboards in collaboration with finance team
Plan and execute campaigns to drive business growth
Develop and execute segment specific product launch: Savings, Credit Card, Loan in collaboration with respective product teams
Plan, strategize and execute promotional activities for both segments
Maintaining relationship with all the relevant stakeholders related to Women Banking & Student Banking
Conduct knowledge sharing training with front-liners
Planning, conducting, and reviewing regular activities
Planning and assisting in execution of networking and capacity development activities for both women segment & student segment
Product management through meeting queries, providing information to the stakeholders. Ensuring smooth product experience for the customers of both segments.
Explore opportunities related to collaboration with various organizations, training centers, merchants, associations relevant to women segment & student banking segment
Assessing product’s market performance and acceptability by taking feedback from sales officers and evaluating sales results
Process and PPG simplification, automation and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support
