Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and aggressive, HR & Admin who will be responsible for Carrying out day-to-day routine Human Resources & Administrative work that includes attendance, leave and dress code management, etc. As a part of the Administration team, he will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving attitude & maintain good employee relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR activities.
- Talent Hunting & Management.
- Managing staff queries, Handle grievance, Misconduct & report to management
- Deal with day to day administrative responsibilities and building good liaison between management and employees.
- Any other task as assigned by the organization.
- Prepare & develop job descriptions for jobs website and keep an organized database of job applicants maintaining the organogram.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
- Verification of employees’ provided contact, address, and other information is put into the service book.
- Conduct orientation & awareness programs for the employees to educate them about morality, integrity, responsibility towards the company, company rules and
- regulations, policy, and procedures
- Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years;
- Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance;
- Prepare any kinds of reports; monthly HR report, department wise service analysis report, comparative analysis with production and manpower cost, salary & OT analysis;
- Conduct with general office equipment purchase;
- Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.
- Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.
- Ensure on time Recruitment, performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development etc.
