We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Quality Audit to lead our Quality Audit Team at Knit Asia Limited, located in Ratanpur, Gazipur. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire quality system, ensuring that all inspected and approved styles meet the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Chief Quality Officer (CQO), you will guide and mentor a team of auditors, fostering a culture of excellence and precision in quality assurance. This position demands a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to upholding the brand’s reputation for superior quality.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Collect shipment plan Buyer/ SBU wise.
- Collect all kinds of documents for audit team.
- Collect sample, comments & test report for audit team.
- Collect trim card & packing list.
- Arrange all kinds of tools / equipment for audit team.
- Create a good audit team by training / education for ensure good quality.
- Close monitoring audit team activities & give feedback.
- Randomly audit some PO & findings share with audit team.
- Ensure the test and inspection activities going on smoothly.
- Develop a plan on daily, weekly & monthly according to inspection schedule.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials by giving accurate approval.
- Ensuring that all audit /related area going based on compliance issue.
- Communicate with related people if any issues arise.
- Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.
- Any kinds of work that will give by CQO / managements according his/her position.
- Developing and managing system according standard.
- Team Building and developing people.
- Goal setting and achieving for own department.
- Data entry and daily/monthly audit summary making and submission.
- The head of Audit will be accountable for any kinds of failure/charge back/claim against his inspected passed style.
