It is a reputed and large apparel manufacturing company with eco-friendly, safe and healthy working environment.

We are looking Quality Assurance Executive VQA for the factory who are really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Executive VQA will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities & Context:

Product Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure products meet Ralph Lauren’s quality standards.
  • Verify product samples for compliance with design, material, and workmanship specifications.

Style-Wise Inline Inspection:

  • Perform style-wise inline inspections at various production stages to identify and address defects early.
  • Collaborate with factory teams to implement corrective measures and minimize rework.

Final Inspection (PO-Wise):

  • Conduct purchase order (PO)-wise final inspections to verify finished goods meet Ralph Lauren’s quality requirements.
  • Use QCI Softener Link software to document inspection findings and generate reports.

Process Audits and Improvements:

  • Audit manufacturing processes for alignment with Ralph Lauren’s quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with factories to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Standards Compliance:

  • Ensure production complies with Ralph Lauren’s quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Communicate Ralph Lauren’s standards to vendors and enforce consistent application.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as the key point of contact between Ralph Lauren, factories, and suppliers for quality matters.
  • Provide clear feedback to address production challenges and maintain quality consistency.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed reports of inline and final inspections, using tools like QCI Softener Link for accurate tracking.
  • Share inspection data and insights with Ralph Lauren’s quality management team.

Training and Development:

  • Train factory teams on Ralph Lauren’s quality standards, style-specific quality checks, and QCI Softener Link software usage.
  • Conduct workshops on best practices for defect prevention and quality improvement.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify risks in production and suggest measures to mitigate them.
  • Resolve quality issues promptly to avoid shipment delays or customer dissatisfaction.
