Responsible for nylon tyre cord calendaring with four roll calendar & Inner tube extrusion.
Monitor the extrusion process closely, making equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency observing all safety guidelines and protocols.
Design & prepare die blank as and when needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks on extrusion machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions during the production process.
Reduce the waste & rejection.

Single accommodation at factory dormitory, food & medical service will be provide by the company.
