Responsibilities & Context

Review cloud system infrastructure. Review and monitor cloud security and application security regularly.

Update and maintenance of the Cloud resources .

Provide end user (BRAC User) support related to Cloud services.

Provide Cloud (Infrastructure) related services.

Installation of applications, patches, or updates required.

Cloud system support and improvement SOW – Cloud Admin.

Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.

Modifying and improving existing systems.

Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.

Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.

Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.

Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.

Identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.

Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

Strong Linux and Windows system administration skills, security patching, OS upgrades, backup,  restore, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum availability.

Experience in VMware and/or virtual server environment administration.

Experience and understanding on IAM role, VPC, VPC Peering, VPN tunnel, Load balancer and  Firewall.

Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL)Ability to configure Server Monitoring tools, central log server.

Experience on Docker and Kubernetes platform management.

Clear understanding on Domain and hosting.

Install SSL certificate.

GCP cost optimization.

Reporting and documentation.
