Responsibilities & Context
The Job Role will be responsible for supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction and detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships for the company. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Liaise with the Distributions/Finished Goods Store/Transport Department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Have to maintain KPI based sales reports.
- Ensure sales targets as per KPI parameter.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
