Responsibilities & Context
- Work with different operational software to run the operational process and processing of daily orders
- Ensure proper coordination with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Prepare different types of operational reports for proper follow-ups of operational work
- Deal with and mitigate complex operational issues
- Ensure proper rider management and issue resolutions
- Allocate riders to a specific zone for better delivery
- Plan for Delivery Route for each rider
