Responsibilities & Context
Zinix Incorporation is looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager for its stationery business who will be responsible for ensuring the desired growth of his assigned region.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, and guide the Sales Team to achieve the revenue budget of the company.
- Establish Distributors & Sales Network by strengthening the existing ones.
- Effective communication with dealers/distributors/key accounts in the markets.
- Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
- Establish the organizational/institutional business network for office stationery.
- Distributor stock management.
- Effective communication of any promotions/schemes to the trade and the team.
