Job Context:

We’re seeking a highly innovative and skilled VISUAL MERCHANDISER to create high-quality retail displays, increase sales, and get customer’s attention and to provide an excellent in shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
- Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
- Regularly update displays to reflect new product launches, seasonal themes, and promotional activities.
- Provide training and guidance to sales staff on maintaining visual standards.
- Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.
- Drive the sales targets and profitability through effective design and visual merchandising.
- Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements.
- Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
- Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
- Monitor costs and work within budget.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
