Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Economics/Finance / Law or any other relevant field with excellent academic credentials; a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be given preference
Additional Requirements
- Experience in HRIS/HRMS operation is required
- Good skills related to data analysis and reporting are necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
- Candidates should have a good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring real-time updates for any changes
- Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews, and overseeing the employee onboarding process
- Manage the attendance system and align OT payment with BRACU policy
- Facilitating employee performance assessment cycle, encompassing the annual performance appraisal, probationary period assessment and contract renewal procedures
- Generate standard and custom reports from the HRIS as and when required
- Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments
- Assist in handling disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relations issues in compliance with organizations policy and local laws
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives
- Drafting meeting minutes, office circular and different employee communications
- Organize different employee engagement events
