Responsibilities & Context
- Supervising and Guiding the sales team.
- Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Ensuring sales targets are meet and report any deviations.
- Staying up-tp-date with new products and features.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff.
- Manage customer service issues and executed additional assigned duties.
