Responsibilities & Context
We seek an experienced individual for the role of supervise IE Executive. The candidate should be able to acquire reputable buyers for the newly established company. Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 tons/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meters/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.
Implement and sustain the effective works methods/ systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes. Plan and analyze new project within the production department and other department. Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material. Provide costing SMV to merchandiser. Monitor relevant production parameters and taking actions to ensure a smooth flow production. Monitoring and line balancing based on capacity & WIP on the line. Plan QCO layout & analyze performance accuracy of the same prior to releasing it to production flow. Ensure NPT recorded properly & Ensure line performance are meet as per LC target considering with NPT. Participate at team meeting and share technical related issue raised by operator. To study factory production capacity and efficiency. Ensure skill inventory update every month & published once in 3 months To study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator. To provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort. To Find out style SMV by time study. Doing research and explore new machinery and latest systems that meets companies long term goal and preparing cost benefits analysis and ROI for the same. Research and development for samples prior to production start. Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency Co-ordination with Factory manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery priority. Co-ordination with Human Resource department for training progress (fresh training and multi-skill training) To Follow up the factory production & efficiency. To help and motivate operator to achieve daily production target. To analyze and Study the Style. To perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
