Responsibilities & Context
- Airlines ticketing & reservation: creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travelport/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
- Assist visa processing
- Provide fare quotations and pricing to the customers.
- Creating market opportunities, client hunting
- Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target
- Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts
- manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update the reservation team and others accordingly
- providing visas and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
- interpret IATA regulations and be conversant with the IATA portal.
