Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for developing policy & procedures about HR issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining employees’ files, retention and documentation related to HR.
  • Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
  • Follow up on employee/labor relations & legal affairs work.
  • Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, office orders & circulars in respect of HR issues.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview & knowledge about KPI
  • Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance handling.
  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc on HR & administrative issues.
  • Follow up on health, hygienic and safety issues.
