- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Create and edit promotional videos for product launches, campaigns, and brand stories.
- Perform video editing tasks, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
- Utilize advanced ad skills to design and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize YouTube channels, focusing on SEO to improve video rankings and viewership.
- Design visually compelling graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, brochures, and ads.
- Ensure all creative materials maintain brand consistency and meet the company’s visual standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback over phone calls and messages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns on social media platforms and other digital channels.
