Additional Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in HR and Administrative function preferably in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, Labor Laws and office administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS word (English & Bengali) proficiency.
- MS Excel based analytical skill with respect to HR, Admin and Payroll functions.

As part of our expansion plan we are looking for smart, energetic and hard-working personnel for the following position.
Job Title: Manager, HR & Admin
Location: Head-Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organizational goals.
- Lead and oversee the recruitment process to attract, onboard, and retain high-caliber talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance performance and career growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits schemes, including overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure HR practices in compliance with the Laws and company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities management.
- Generate and analyze HR and administrative reports to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop & implement service policy, administrative & personnel policy as part of establishing service manual.
- Establish performance appraisal system.
- Review Organogram and job description/specification as per changed scenario.
