Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Should be from Freight Forwarding industry holding experience into.
- Should be able to manage sales team.
- Should be able to work on import & export shipments.
- Should be able to Computer Knowledge min. of Excel, Power Point & Mail skill.
Responsibilities & Context
- To prepare of marketing plans for assigned product groups including existing and new products.
- Follow up with clients, maintain reports & records.
- Manage and develop logistics staff.
- To prepare of promotional materials of assigned products.
- To generate of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
- To Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned portfolio.
- Business Plan in advance as desired by the CO.
- Reporting as per norms weekly / Daily/ Monthly.
- To train down the line to develop their skill.
