- Able to handle flat owner and negotiate price with them.
- Complete memorandum of understanding between Property Index & Property owner.
- Receive owner feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues.
- Report writing and computer skill is essential.
- Visit property with clients.
- Always to be work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality.
