- Smart, well-groomed and spontaneous
- Keep correspondences in English by mail, e-mail, and over the phone with all contact people according to The requirements.
- Capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context
- Greet clients and helpful attitude. Provide excellent customer service.
- Professionally answering phones, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Responding to certain emails, preparation of drafts, office notes, meeting schedules, appointment schedule etc. of MD & CEO.
- Filing, record keeping, and documentation.
- Contact with related Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any official program.
- Maintain event/meeting calendar.
- Assist in maintaining all schedules, appointments & Travel arrangements of MD & CEO.
- Maintain all confidential files, with particular reference.
