Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for powder milk production.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory specifications.
Ensure that all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including local, national, and international standards.
Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
Oversee and conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of powder milk products.
Analyze test results and take corrective actions as needed to maintain product quality.
Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests, inspections, and audits.
Prepare detailed reports on quality issues, including non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product consistency.
Supervise and train quality control staff on proper testing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
