Responsibilities & Context
- PTSP Soft Switch, Billing systems, Routing & Switching, Virtualization platform maintenance and troubleshooting.
- SBC gateway, SMS server, Database backup, System log and trace analysis. Onboarding new customer with analyzing solution, service using Linux / Unix based (Issable, Elastix, Asterisk, Viital PBX, FreePBX) IP-PBX/Call Center, appliance PBX, SIP Trunk, IP phone, FXO/FXS/ATA device, GSM Gateway, SS7 Gateway devices.
- CRM survey release with communicating with Sales team and customers. Maintenance of all equipment’s/devices installed at designated areas effectively and maintains record.
- Track, diagnose, and troubleshoot any interruption of IP Telephony Network to restore system within the shortest possible time.
- Report preparation, customer database maintain, analysis and visualize IPTSP network performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, e.g. network diagram, technical procedure & project workflow documents with hands-on technical work.
- Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols. 10. IPTSP services Activation.
- Troubleshooting customer complaints and restore service within the shortest possible time physically/remotely.
- Timely monitor and update ticket.
- Communicate and notify customers regarding any support issues over phone and email.
- Short Code and LTFS routing, testing and commercial live communication, coordination with Mobile Operator, BTCL, ICX and other IPTSP operators.
- Communicating and call test with Mobile Operator, BTCL, ICX and IGW operators for interconnection core system troubleshooting and upgradation.
- Communicating and coordination with stakeholder/partners/NTTN for implementing/troubleshooting of existing interconnection network.
- Coordination and maintain record of interconnection agreement with other Mobile Operator, BTCL, ICX and IGW Operators.
- Installation and Commissioning IP Telephony service for new customer with follow installation procedure and complete UAT.
- Installation and configuration of IPT devices and new requirement for existing customer.
- Providing proper training and handover documentation and submit completion report.
- Provides technical assistance to telephone systems of various departments regarding telecommunications components.
- Provide CDR report as per customer request.
- Provide CDR report to Mobile operators, BTCL, ICX and IGW operators as per request.
- Provide number based and reseller based billing portal access to customers.
- Helping other team member to prepare monthly report when required.
- Attending client meetings and develop proposed solution, prepare BoM, Diagram and assist in offering IP PBX / Call Center solution using IP phones, FXO/FXS/ATA device, GSM Gateway to deserving.
