Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a talented PHP/Asterisk Developer to join our team and play an integral role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining telephony solutions for call center operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in PHP and Asterisk PBX systems, coupled with a deep understanding of call center workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance scalable, reliable communication systems that drive exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Asterisk-based VoIP solutions tailored to call center needs.
- Build and integrate call center applications using PHP and seamlessly connect them with Asterisk PBX.
- Create and manage AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface) scripts for efficient call handling and routing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot telephony systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Integrate CRM platforms and third-party tools with the telephony system to streamline operations.
- Design and optimize call routing, queuing mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for telephony systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for telephony systems and applications.
