Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible to manage all commercial activities.
- Prepare all commercial Import & Export documents, bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Truck Challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc. and other documents prepare for buyer, customs & bank purpose.
- Should have knowledge regarding incoterms.
- Import documents collection & endorsement from the respective bank.
- Coordinate with the accounts & international department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities.
- Communication with the Bank for All Import & Export activities.Sound knowledge on HS Code, Customs Act, Import Policy and Export Policy, Insurance and Other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
- Prepare estimated LC cost (TTI & Others cost)Follow up Export related all activities with bank for LC Open, Payment and documents collection etc.
- Handling C&F agent for related Import matter Deal with LC, Shipments & payments.
- Maintain & Update all Business Documents in time. Collecting Bill of Lading on time & submitting import documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.
- Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C&F, Transport Agent & Companies Warehouse.
- ERC & IRC related works.
- Previous experienced with DEDO.
- Any others duties assigned by the management as and when required.
