Responsibilities & Context
- Support the retail showroom sales force team with daily operational tasks to streamline sales processes.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing resolutions promptly.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
- Use data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service.
- Provide training and support to sales staff on new systems, tools, and processes.
