Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Public University preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Candidate must have Laboratory work experience.
• Knowledge of using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be analytical and detail oriented.

• Communication skill & carrier driven.

Responsibilities & Context

• Check mixing materials, cullet and batch weight in assigned shift.
• Daily raw material QC check & research on how to improve.
• Assists Manager for raw material testing at laboratory.
• Ensure the Raw materials availability at the mixing floor.
• Ensure the available batch to the furnace hopper, communicate for any maintenance.
• Ensure of the batch consumption as per batching advice.Maintain and safety of mixing floor.
• Data entry in ERP of daily batch consumption and reporting.
• Any other task as assigned by the authority
