Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing company policies, handling employee relations, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, overseeing performance management, and ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and concerns. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the performance review process, set KPIs, and develop strategies for employee development, recognition, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other applicable legal requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR audits as necessary.
  • Organize and implement employee training programs to support skill development, compliance, and leadership growth.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, payroll, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.
  • Contribute to long-term HR strategies that support company objectives, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and succession planning.
