- To coordinate among different units and assist to run functions of office smoothly.
- To ensure the regular attendance of all subordinate employees

- To assist overall sanitation, cleanliness and security of hospital
- To assist in repair and maintenance works of hospital on time.
- To run BCC works for subordinate staffs
- To keep role in quality standard waste management of hospital
- To undertake other duties given by higher authority.
