Responsibilities & Context

As a Senior Executive, HR personnel will be responsible for supporting and executing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business objectives. This role involves handling end-to-end HR activities such as talent acquisition, payroll management, performance management, and general HR operations. The Senior Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

  • Assist in Managing the full cycle of performance appraisals, including mid-year and year-end evaluations.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, and provide support in setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on conducting effective performance reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of employee goals with organizational objectives
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with department heads to design training programs that address employee needs.
  • Responsible for day-to-day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, employees’ income tax calculation, payroll cost forecasting, etc.
  • Partner with other relevant stakeholders to ensure the payroll-related information is collected properly and processing is performed accurately in the SAP software.
  • Generate regular payroll-related reports, full-time employee reports & other reports as required for internal use.
  • Key in and maintain data in SAP & HRIS timely, including Payroll System.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct job analysis and confirm job descriptions for all employees.
  • Contact with candidates for Interview & arrange schedule and organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
  • Assist in manpower budget & workforce planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Office Circular, Office Memo, Notices, Notes & Letters.
  • Handling Disciplinary issues & procedures, grievances, employee relation issues as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
